TAC repurposed a Playboy promotional video, pairing it with fresh music and messaging to build excitement for the property’s launch. The idea was to reimagine the next chapter of the brand and entice the next “playboy” to call it home, without showing a single shot of the estate. The video earned widespread press and sparked new conversation. To announce the listing, The Agency ran an ad on the front page of the L.A. Times. At the same time, a low-profile marketing campaign was launched targeting only the most highly qualified prospects.
