TAC designed the branding, creative and marketing for the first collection of One&Only branded villas to own in the world, located within Mandarina, a new master-planned resort and residential community one hour north of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. TAC commenced efforts by defining and establishing an identity for each element of the master plan, which also includes the new One&Only Mandarina beach resort, Rosewood Mandarina and Mandarina Polo & Equestrian Club.
