NuParc Residences

NuParc Residences consists of a series of Small Lot Subdivisions situated in commuter-friendly, central locations throughout Los Angeles. With Small Lot Subdivision ownership being a relatively new concept in the city, TAC was tasked with clearly defining not only what it is to prospects, but also how it would benefit their lives. The narrative was focused on how ownership would provide more financial freedom, allowing people to spend more time and money enjoying dining, shopping, arts, entertainment and travel.

BRAND VISION

To distinguish between the different locations under the Nuparc Residences umbrella, TAC created a branding solution that was a modern, elevated take on a coding system—VYV Valley Village, SHO Sherman Oaks, MRV Mar Vista. The system was visually engaging, created to target a younger demographic and allow room for growth as NuParc prepares to add new locations to its vast L.A. portfolio.

BUSINESS CABINET

TAC created a full business suite of collateral that featured the parent brand, NuParc Residences, as well as more location-based materials for each offering in the collection.

COLLATERAL PACKAGE

A detailed brochure for each offering was produced, following the coding system and highlighting the residences, design features, Small Lot Subdivision ownership benefits and location within the city.

WEBSITE

Following the theme of the printed collateral, TAC produced a lifestyle-focused website that activates the branded grid through interactivity and video elements. The site was designed to promote the ideal of community-centric living while rooting each offering to the lifestyle specific to its location.
