In partnership with the Sacramento Kings and JMA Ventures, TAC acted as the creative and marketing partner for The Residences at The Sawyer, located atop the Kimpton Hotel at Sacramento’s newly developed urban core. Given the significance of this project in the market, TAC worked closely with key stakeholders to launch a strategic whisper campaign. Following the momentum gained through this outreach, TAC unveiled the project to the public through a carefully orchestrated launch that included events, PR, eblast and ad campaigns, and on-site activations.
