The Residences at The Sawyer

The Residences at The Sawyer features a collection of 45 contemporary residences perched atop The Sawyer, A Kimpton Hotel, at Downtown Commons, Sacramento’s revitalized center for shopping, dining, sports and entertainment. As branding and marketing partner, TAC established the offering as the first of its kind, providing a new level of exclusivity in Downtown Sacramento. Though positioning the project as the city’s next, more modern chapter to appeal to a broader audience, the narrative was also devised to attract buyers in and around Sacramento, who already had a deep appreciation for the city and its lifestyle.

BRAND VISION

The brand vision was designed to elevate the way Sacramento is lived and perceived, capitalizing on the city’s urban renaissance while weaving in its culture, history and natural surroundings. Sleek lines and luminous colors juxtapose with calming earthy tones, while the bold green, representing “The City of Trees,” roots the brand and establishes a sense of place.

RENDERING MANAGEMENT

TAC coordinated with all parties involved on the project, including the architect, interior designers and sales team, to manage the rendering creation process and ensure the finest quality photo-realistic imagery to represent the offering in the pre-development stage.

COLLATERAL PACKAGE

The collateral package provides a comprehensive guide to The Residences at The Sawyer and includes a brief introduction of the project, a detailed overview brochure, individual floor plans, and the interior design package.

VIP BOOK

A compelling, visual tour through The Residences at The Sawyer and Downtown Sacramento, the VIP Book was designed to establish the project within the fabric of the city and capture the pioneering spirit of this unprecedented offering. The book speaks more to the overall brand messaging than a traditional sales brochure, a takeaway that leaves a lasting impression for serious prospects.

Overseeing event management at The Residences at The Sawyer, TAC coordinated exclusive pre-launch cocktails to the brokerage community and the owners, players and executives of the Sacramento Kings, as well as the official grand unveiling to the public.

GIFTING SUITE

TAC partnered with local winery Sobon Estates to produce customized wine labels and created a custom candle—both gifts for prospects who visited the sales gallery and attended events.
