It offers unequaled freedom, serenity and expansiveness that few will ever be invited to experience. Pali Kai’s brand was created to exude a sense of discovery and mystique. Before one discovers the name of this oasis, they will only know its coordinates. They immediately go from consumer to adventurer, on a quest to discover the secret of Pali Kai.

BRAND VISION

TAC created a brand that is the antithesis of the traditional Hawaiian resort, positioning Pali Kai as an organic living experience that allows residents to customize their land and their lives however they choose. The muted color palette and clean typography allows the lush landscape to speak for itself. The colors chosen were taken directly from the elements onsite—the black and gold-sand beach, the swaying palms, the clear, blue ocean hues.

PHOTOGRAPHY MANAGEMENT

TAC was onsite at Pali Kai to direct photography of the project and its surroundings, curating a detailed shot list, contracting a local photographer, and directing the photo and drone shoot.

COLLATERAL PACKAGE

The collateral package for Pali Kai was designed to feel as unique and exclusive as the offering itself, personalized with a handwritten note to the selected prospect. The black cover has a mysterious air about it, while inside features a colorful glimpse into the world of Pali Kai. An in-depth, visually spectacular coffee table book highlights the beauty of Pali Kai and Hawai’i’s Western Shore.

TAC designed a password-protected website to be shared by invitation only to preserve the project’s high level of exclusivity. The website features an interactive site map and showcases the elevation, topography and elevation of each oceanfront homesite.
