Palm Springs’ last hillside enclave, Desert Palisades is poised to become a new worldwide model for compelling, modern architectural vision, featuring homes designed by the likes of Al Beadle and Lance O’Donnell. As the exclusive branding and marketing partner, TAC crafted a brand story—both visually and narratively—that balanced the rare architectural significance of the project with its breathtaking natural setting. TAC produced an extensive brand book, full collateral suite, website, and advertising campaign ahead of the project’s much-anticipated launch to the public.

BRAND VISION

TAC’s approach to the brand vision was to create a fresh, modern aesthetic that incorporated the cultural and architectural heritage of Palm Springs. Slanted lines and muted graphics represent the merging of form and function as well as the marriage between nature and architecture. The brand narrative was designed to break the project’s story down into four distinct chapters—The Vision, The Land, The Architecture, and The Location— each created to stand alone or to form one compelling, consistent brand message.

POSTCARDS

This brief piece serves as a “teaser” to be used by the sales agents at events or to pique the interest of potential buyers at the first point of contact.

DISCOVERY BROCHURE

An all encompassing piece for the more serious prospect, the Discovery Brochure highlights the four-chapter story devised for Desert Palisades. It showcases the various neighborhoods within the enclave, as well as the first release of available homesites.

VIP BOOK

The VIP Book is a visually enriching, limited edition, coffee table-style piece designed as a “collector’s item” for strong prospects or new owners to share with friends or cherish for themselves.
